Shipping Policy

We currently ship within India only. Orders are processed and delivered across the country from our facility.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email, and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually faster, while remote and rural pin codes may take a little longer.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value from time to time.

Domestic shipping only
At this time we do not ship outside India. We do not deliver to international addresses.

Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at nehtarhoney@gmail.com and we will help track it down.

Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
