Return & Refund Policy
At Nehtar, we want you to love every spoonful. Because our honey is a food product, we are only able to accept returns or offer refunds in specific circumstances, as outlined below.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nehtarhoney@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used jars cannot be returned or refunded unless they were damaged or defective on arrival.
How to request a return
Email nehtarhoney@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with the next steps. Please do not ship items back to us before receiving confirmation.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may follow the return process above where eligible.
